We are a student-led organization at UCSC with the goal of mobilizing the UCSC student body to advocate for better public and active transportation options in Santa Cruz County.  Specially, we support the Coast Connect Vision of 1) Completing the 32-mile rail trail, 2) Implementing passenger light rail from Watsonville to Natural Bridges, and 3) Creating more walkable and bikeable neighborhoods county-wide.  With an expected launch of Fall 2021, if you are interested in being a founding member of Slugs for Coast Connect, sign up down below!
